  13.     This cheat list contains well over 1000 cheats, hints,  and level codes
  14.     for the Amiga and CD³². The game titles with my name after them are the
  15.     ones that I have  found.  I have put quite a  bit of time into  finding
  16.     some of these cheats, so if you  add any to your list all I ask is that
  17.     you give me credit.   If you upload  the list to a bbs or include it on
  18.     a compilation disk please do not remove or alter the header.
  19.  
  20.     All the games with an asterick (*) in front of them have been verified.
  21.     If the game  has been verified and  has more than one cheat,  the cheat
  22.     right after the  game title is  the one that has been verified,  but in
  23.     some cases all the cheats may work.
  24.  
  25.     Some of the cheats may have changed throughout the list due to the fact
  26.     that I have verified a  lot of them  and made corrections  when needed.
  27.     If a cheat  didn't work before you may want to look at the cheat again,
  28.     it may have been fixed.  I try to verify as  many as I can, but I don't
  29.     have most of the games.  I won't verify a cheat with an * unless I have
  30.     personally tested it and found that the cheat works.

  147.         Pause the game, then hold the LEFT MOUSE BUTTON and 'F1', then
  148.         release both.  The screen will turn green, then press 'P' to unpause
  149.         the game.  You are now invincible.

  155.         The level codes are "SHOT", "DYKE", "HIGH", "LINK", "PEAR", "KILN",

  160.     RAILROAD TYCOON:
  161.  
  162.         Hold down the 'SHIFT' key and 'Y' key for lots of extra money.
  163.         (stop at 32,000,000)
  164.  
  165.         To increase your cash balance by $500,000, enter the 'F1' screen.
  166.         Hold down the 'SHIFT' key and hold down the '4' key to produce a
  167.         dollar sign.  You'll immediately inherit lots of money. Apparently
  168.         this only works from the main continent screen.

  172.     *RAINBOW ISLANDS:
  173.  
  174.         Collecting all of the gems in the correct order of color (from left
  175.         to right on the gem counter - RED, ORANGE, YELLOW, GREEN, LIGHT
  176.         BLUE, DARK BLUE, and MAUVE) not only awards you the life and Bonus
  177.         Gem, it also grants you access to a magical secret room.  When you
  178.         reach the end of the level, a silver door appears.  You don't have
  179.         to fight the Boss.
  180.  
  181.         On the fifth island you'll find a box in the secret room which you
  182.         should collect.  There's also a gate with a '7' on it, leading to
  183.         island 7.
  184.  
  185.         Even more useful is how to create any color gem.  The screen is
  186.         split into several invisible vertical stripes of color.  When a gem
  187.         falls, its color is determined by the `color' of the area into which
  188.         it fell.  Now all you have to do is guage ca refully where the dead
  189.         enemy will fall to create the gem color of your choice.
  190.  
  191.         Type one of the following on the title screen, while the rainbow is
  192.         cycling through colors:

  219.         Find a car you want, but cant afford.  Now, leave the game.  Find
  220.         the name of the car you want and .txt, so if you wanted an Escort,
  221.         you would find Escort.txt.  Now use a text editor (I use TXED) and
  222.         find a number (at the beginning).  It should look something like
  223.         00000012345.  Now, replace the places where the 12345 # is and put
  224.         0s in there place.  Now just leave a trailing 1.  Now the car will
  225.         cost all of $10.  This is not only a way to get the car you want,
  226.         but makes it cheaper to just buy a new car each time instead of
  227.         refueling/fixing dammage.

  231.     RALLY CROSS CHALLENGE:
  232.  
  233.         On the fifth track, drive around until you reach the wooden level
  234.         crossing.  Turn the car 90 degrees and drive down the track at full
  235.         speed, until you reach the end.  The race will end giving you 28
  236.         race points.  When the game starts, follow the railroad tracks and
  237.         the screen will go blank.  Now you will find yourself with 24
  238.         tokens.

  242.     RAMBO III:
  243.  
  244.         On the high score table, enter "RENEGADE" for your name.  Press
  245.         '1'-'3' to start at the corresponding level.
  246.         
  247.         GENERAL HINTS:
  248.  
  249.             (1) When inside the 2nd building, wear your IR goggles. 
  250.  
  251.             (2) Don't walk in front of soldiers, since it will trigger an
  252.                 alarm and about 8 soldiers will jump you! 
  253.             (3) If you enter a dark room, use the glow tube. 
  254.  
  255.             (4) Never use a gun without a silencer. 
  256.  
  257.             (5) Turn off the electric door with switch located several
  258.                 rooms away. 
  259.  
  260.             (6) The mine detector won't work without the generator. 
  261.  
  262.             (7) The IR goggles won't work without a battery. 
  263.  
  264.             (8) Watch out for ir beams, since they also trigger alarms. 
  265.  
  266.         Here's a list of items you can find:  ARROWS, SILENCER, FIRST AID
  267.         KIT, IR GOGGLES, GLOW TUBE, BATTERY, KEY, MINE, DETECTOR (IN 2

  272.     RAMPAGE:

  274.         If you're on the last building and a cloud of dust appears under it
  275.         punch in any direction and keep your finger on the fire button until
  276.         the next screen is displayed, where upon you will be able to climb
  277.         up an invisible building which is in the same place as the last
  278.         building on the previous screen.

  282.     RBI BASEBALL II:
  283.  
  284.         When your opponent reaches third base, keep the joystick held left,
  285.         hold down 'shift' and press fire and the player will be hit out
  286.         every time.

  288.         Stand in the very top corner while batting and it is possible to
  289.         hit the ball out of the stadium.
  290.  
  291.         When the computer is pitching, press 'P' to go to the substitution
  292.         screen where you can change the computers pitcher for an inferior
  293.         one.

  295.         When your opponent reaches third base, hold the joystick left, hold
  296.         down 'SHIFT' and press Fire, and he will be hit out.

  386.         press fire again.  The option screen should now reappear.  Move down
  387.         to the SOUND ON/OFF option and push the JOYSTICK RIGHT and hit FIRE.
  388.         Now go back up to the VIEW GAME SCREEN optionand push the JOYSTICK
  389.         RIGHT, while holding the joystick in this direction hold down the
  390.         RIGHT MOUSE BUTTON and press the LEFT MOUSE BUTTON.  The option
  391.         screen should change to cheat mode.  Now go to resume game and press
  392.         the fire button.  You now have unlimitted shields and can select any
  393.         level on the options menu.  If it doesn't work repeat the whole
  394.         thing over (start by resuming the game and pressing the 'SPACEBAR'

  641.         method being shoot below the gunner and move left and right until
  642.         you are on target.  Gradually move up until you hit the gondola.
  643.         When you hit it there is a flash, stop firing and after a few
  644.         seconds you'll be inside the gondola.

  646.         Find the supply of lunarium before the fort knox supply runs out,
  647.         so infiltrate the nazi base which recieves lunarium from the moon.
  648.         It is in south america or africa, once infiltrated, your agent
  649.         there will cary on sending you lunarium throughout the game.  You
  650.         will have to storm the nazi base first.

  1015.         goal, and generally mess about with the original team selection.

  1018.         opponents team will still be mucked up.  Using this cheat you
  1019.         should be able to win every match.

  1021.         This cheat will allow you to play the game in slow motion (aka Kick
  1022.         Off 2).  What you have to do is play a match and then make a
  1023.         substitution.  Then when the player is walking off, press the 'ESC'

  1025.         notice that everything plays at slow speed, even the timer!  To

  1137.         in the crystal cavern.  Go left, at the bridge a guy will start
  1138.         running left.  Chase him and he will take you to a bridge that is
  1139.         being mechanically shortened.  Jump and shoot the dude thats
  1140.         cranking the bridge(3 or so shots with the axe).  Now break the
  1141.         door at the other side of the bridge with your ball & chain.  Go
  1142.         up the first chandelier.  Go left and hit the correct switch.
  1143.         Now go down and kill the guards and go right.  Get the key and go
  1144.         left, you will get caught and they throw you in jail.  USE THE 'O'
  1145.         command and give the jug to the guard.  After he passes out break
  1146.         down the door with ball & chain.  Kill the guard.  go up the rope
  1147.         (faster than the prisoner) and kill the guard at the upper left
  1148.         and then go back down the rope to get the key he dropped.  Now go
  1149.         up the rope and go left at the first chance you get.  Use 1 of the
  1150.         keys and free the prisoner.  Go to the top of the rope and go left
  1151.         and get the ring.  Now if you go right the prisoners get killed.
  1152.         Give the ring to the old man who lost it, but he still wants a
  1153.         parchment before he will teach you a spell.  The other key is for
  1154.         the locked door in the first building (the inn where you got the
  1155.         jug).

  1295.                         homing weapons have a limited range and can be out
  1296.                         run.

  1298.         BLITZKRIEG:     The best attack is a fast one.  Attack a generator
  1299.                         by flying along power barriers at full speed.
  1300.                         Learn to recognise the edge barriers.  Barriers you
  1301.                         can shut down never merge with the edge, and nearly
  1302.                         always lead to a generator.

  1308.         When the title screen appears, hold down the 'SHIFT' key and type
  1309.         "FUND".  This gives you an extra 10,000 smackers.  It also causes an
  1310.         earthquake every tenth time you do it, so do it before you start
  1311.         your city.

  1313.         Another tip is to set the citizen's taxes to 0%.  Then just before
  1314.         tax collection (December or November if playing at fast speed)
  1315.         quickly set the taxes up to 20%.  Then after you collect taxes, put
  1316.         it back down to 0%.  This way the citizens think they are not
  1317.         paying any taxes.
  1318.  
  1319.         You can build land on water.  Find a straight (horizontal or
  1320.         vertical), stretch of coastline and string a powerline along it.
  1321.         Next, move one square over, out into the water and string another
  1322.         powerline parallel to the first.  Repeat as many times as you want.
  1323.         Then just bulldoze all the excess powerlines and you can build on
  1324.         the new land.  To make land you simply make a 3 lane highway across
  1325.         any water source.  When you make a road by putting 3 sections of
  1326.         road on top of three section of road on top of three sections of
  1327.         road (3 by 3) you make 1 section of land in the middle.

  1676.             Don't fool with the pod that you came in as it is a waste of

  1679.             You will notice an object to the front and right of the door you
  1680.             came out.  You cannot move it but you will need it later.
  1681.  
  1682.             Head off to the bottom of the screen and then go towards the
  1683.             right on the next screen.  You will see a machine bringing scrap
  1684.             towards the ceiling.  Hop on and wait.  After it dumps you, type
  1685.             "STAND" and then type "JUMP".  You will be on a cross beam.  Go
  1686.             towards the left until you reach the control room.  "CLIMB DOWN"
  1687.             onto the grabber and go around the control room.  At the screen
  1688.             after the control room screen, stop the grabber and push the
  1689.             button to lower the claw.  Pick up the warp motivator with the
  1690.             claw and after it get back to the grabber go to the right.
  1691.             After you go around the turn stop the grabber and lower the
  1692.             claw.  You will have to put the warp motivator in the hole in
  1693.             the top of the ship.  Ride back to the control room get off the
  1694.             grabber and fall down the chute.  
  1695.  
  1696.             At the bottom of the chute go to the left where the wire goes
  1697.             into the wall and get the reactor.  Climb out using the ladder
  1698.             and head towards the top of the screen.  you are now back where
  1699.             you started.  Go to the right and go into the tunnel.  As you
  1700.             pass thru the tunnel a rat will grab the reactor from you.  Go
  1701.             back to the room where you got the reactor and get it again.
  1702.             When you climb out again, take the ladder.  Now when you go
  1703.             through the tunnel take the wires and continue thru the tunnel.
  1704.  
  1705.             Go to the large head and climb in the eye.  Go to the ship and
  1706.             use the ladder to get on top and open the hatch and enter the
  1707.             ship.  Put the reactor in the hole to the left and then use the
  1708.             wires to splice them together.  Get in the cockpit and examine
  1709.             controls.  Turn on the engine, turn on the radar, take off, use
  1710.             your front shields and blast your way out.
  1711.  
  1712.         IN SPACE:
  1713.  
  1714.             Scan the area.  Don't bother with monolith burger or the
  1715.             volcanic world but go to the other one (sorry i forgot its
  1716.             name).  Land and go to the tourist trap and enter the building.
  1717.             Examine the postcards as there are interesting facts you need
  1718.             here.  Sell your gem.  Buy thermal underwear and a hat if you
  1719.             want it.  As you leave you will meet a baddie who is out to get
  1720.             you.  Don't go to your ship!  Instead go to the left of the
  1721.             robot and take the elevator up.  When the baddie follows, wait
  1722.             till he is near the gears and then grab the pulley.  After he
  1723.             becomes burger go down and get his belt.  Leave and go back to
  1724.             your ship and go to the volcano planet.  
  1725.  
  1726.         VOLCANO PLANET:
  1727.  
  1728.             Put on you underwear and go to the left and wait until the
  1729.             survey team leaves.  Get a detonator and the pole.  Go in the
  1730.             direction that the survey team left and go up the mountain and
  1731.             drop the detonator in the machine in the crater.  When you get
  1732.             to the crossing back to your ship, use the pole and jump the
  1733.             gulley.  Take off and go to pestulon.
  1734.  
  1735.         PESTULON:
  1736.  
  1737.             Use the belt and get inside past the guards.  Go to the broom
  1738.             closet and change into the janitor's closet.  Enter the
  1739.             accounting area and use the vaporizer on every trashcan you
  1740.             come to.  Make your way to the picture of elmo and take it to
  1741.             the copy machine and make a copy.  Put the picture back and
  1742.             make your way thru the accounting area to elmos office.  After
  1743.             doing elmo's trash, leave and go to the balcony.  When you
  1744.             come back, elmo will be gone and get the keycard off of his
  1745.             desk.  Make your way back to the corridor and on the security
  1746.             door use the keycard and then the picture.  When you see the
  1747.             jello mold people, push the ramp button and then vaporize the
  1748.             jello.
  1749.  
  1750.         THE ROBOT FIGHT:

  2668.         Go back to the options screen.  If you can see the picture of Arnie,
  2669.         but no options are displayed, then the cheat worked.  Left click on
  2670.         the mouse (or joystick) to move on.  Click again to skip the high
  2671.         score display.  If you allow the high score chart to be printed
  2672.         again the game may mess up.  Start the game.

  3608.         Gargoylian) for three coordinates - these three hex numbers will
  3609.         bring you to any location in Britannia, the dungeons or the Gargoyle
  3610.         world.  This is apparently the programmers method of travel and is
  3611.         faster than a fan powered Balloon!
  3612.  
  3613.         The three numbers are basicly the x,y & z coordinates for the map,
  3614.         with 0,0,0 located at the upper left corner on Level 0 (Britannia).
  3615.         For this discussion, I will use the form x,y,l to describe this
  3616.         coordinate system.  The first two numbers (x & y) increase by 1 for
  3617.         each move in the horizontal or vertical direction.  The x
  3618.         coordinates begin at the left edge and the y coordinates begin at
  3619.         the top. The third coordinate (l) represents the level; Britannia
  3620.         is Level 0, the dungeons are levels 1 thru 4 and the Gargoyle world
  3621.         is Level 5.
  3622.     
  3623.         'ALT' '2' '1' '4' is entered on the numeric keypad.  Each coordinate
  3624.         is entered separately, ie, press 'RETURN' after each one.
  3625.  
  3626.         'ALT' '2' '1' '3' this gives the Gargoyle coordinate for your 
  3627.         present position plus a free view of the map - forget all those gems
  3628.         and peer spells!
  3629.  
  3630.         'ALT' '2' '1' '3' returns a 13 digit number, the last 7 of which are
  3631.         the coordinates.  The first 6 are related to the total number of
  3632.         moves you have made.  For the example above, the number would look
  3633.         something like:  79000029D0430 or 790000 moves and coordinate
  3634.         29D,043,0.

  4308.         another Gents toilet door and an exit.  Go through the Gents, then
  4309.         you'll appear in a room with a Ladies and Gents door.  Go over to
